Most of KL's residential towers are strata property run by a Joint Management Body (JMB) or Management Corporation (MC). These sites have many cameras across car park levels, lift lobbies, perimeters and refuse areas, plus card access and barrier gates at the entrance. Committees need written reports they can show residents and present at the AGM.
